Paving Foreman

St. Laurent & Son is hiring a Paving Foreman to provide leadership on paving projects.

Primary Responsibilities

-Provide direction and training to the crew.

-Responsible for slope and thickness and maintaining compliance with contract.

-Keep records of time, material, and trucking daily.

-Liaison between project manager and crew members.

-Ensure the safety of crew members and all hired trucks.

Minimum Qualifications

- High School diploma or GED.

- Valid Driver's License with satisfactory record.

- 5 years of paving experience with a minimum of 3 years in a supervisory role.

- Experience with DOT specifications are preferred.

Salary: Compensation based on experience level. Company vehicle included.
